Return Timeframe
You are eligible to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Ensure the items are unused, and are still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Steps for Returning an Item

  • Contact us first: Before returning any item, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
  • Follow our return instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Ensure safe packaging: Properly package the returned item to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
  • Responsibility for Return Shipping: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will begin processing your refund. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. Note that we do not charge any restocking fees.
